Technology Implementation Plan
TECH460 Senior Project
Developed an audiovisual presentation for a technology implementation initiative to solve an organization's problem within an Internet of Things framework. Researched, planned, and developed the project individually to recommend a User Interface design for Mobile/Web app to offer voice assistant features in the Facebook messaging apps - Messenger and WhatsApp.
Presentation includes organization profile & problem statement, technology selection & design, and implementation plan.

Created a small business Internet marketing plan including the following components - product and value proposition, online revenue model, customer-centric website design, marketing strategy, promotional mix, product supply chain, legal/taxation/ethical implications, web-hosting and software integration needs, CSP needs, privacy policy, payment system, KPIs, and implementation risks.

Designed and proposed a technical writing services company with team members by using technical writing skills in creative blogs, client communication, and research. Created info-graphic, design elements presentation, newsletter, and blog to practice technical writing. Collaborated with team members to write company mission statement and services, white pages, employee satisfaction survey report, and create company's digital story.
Analysis and Design & Inventory Management Web App - Celebrations Unlimited
CIS321 Structured Analysis and Design; CIS407A Web App Development
Planned and documented Project System Request Form and Project Charter to layout the business problem and suggested technical solution for Celebrations Unlimited (gifts services). Developed a web application using ASP.net C# for inventory management of the business including the navigation options to modify the products.

Planned and drafted Analysis and Design for the project application. Programmed the customer order application and designed the GUI for a landscape company to track new customer orders and save them in a connected database while performing required calculations. Application programmed using Java and database created using MySQL.
